  • SMTP Port: 465

1. Windows (Outlook) setup


For Outlook 2019, 2021, or Microsoft 365:

3. Enter your email address and click “Connect”

4. Choose either “IMAP” or “POP3” (IMAP is recommended for syncing across

devices):


IMAP Settings:

- Incoming Server: `yourdomain.com`

- Port: `993`

- Encryption: `SSL/TLS`

POP3 Settings:

- Incoming Server: `yourdomain.com`

- Port: `995`

- Encryption: `SSL/TLS`

5. For the “Outgoing Server (SMTP)”:

- Server: `yourdomain.com`

- Port: `465`

- Encryption: `SSL/TLS`

6. Enter your Username and Password, then click “Next” to complete the setup.

2. MacOS (Apple Mail) setup


1. Open Apple Mail.

2. Go to Mail / Add Account.

3. Choose “Other Mail Account” and click “Continue”.

4. Enter your Name, Email Address, and Password.

5. Click “Sign In”

6. Configure IMAP or POP settings:

- IMAP:

- Incoming Server: `yourdomain.com`

- Port: `993`


- POP3:

- Incoming Server: `yourdomain.com`

- Port: `995`

7. Set the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) to `yourdomain.com` with Port `465`.

8. Enter your account credentials again and click “Sign In”

3. iOS (iPhone/iPad) setup


1. Go to Settings / Mail / Accounts / Add Account.

2. Select “Other” and tap “Add Mail Account.”

3. Enter your Name, Email, Password, and a Description.

4. Choose either IMAP or POP:

- Port: `993`

- POP3:

- Port: `995`


5. For the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

- Server: `yourdomain.com`

Using the gmail app:


1. Open the Gmail app and tap the Menu icon.

2. Go to Settings / Add account.

3. Select “Other.”

4. Enter your email address and tap “Next”.

5. Choose IMAP or POP (IMAP recommended):


- IMAP:

- Incoming Server: `yourdomain.com`

- Port: `993`

- Security: `SSL/TLS`

- POP3:

- Incoming Server: `yourdomain.com`

- Port: `995`

- Security: `SSL/TLS`


6. Set the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) to `yourdomain.com` with Port `465`.

7. Enter your Username and Password and tap “Next”.


Using the default email app:


1. Open the Email app.

2. Enter your email and password, then tap “Manual Setup”.

3. Configure IMAP or POP settings as described above.

4. Enter the Outgoing Server details and complete the setup.

2. Enter your full email address and password.
