TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Project Management and Design

  1. All the designs need to be reviewed and confirmed by the client step by step before moving forward to the next step.

  2. You will receive regular timeline updates via your designated chat space in the form of "Snapshot Reports." These Snapshot Reports will be provided on a weekly basis and will offer an overview of the project’s progress.

  3. Each Snapshot Report will include : Working Days: The total number of working days our team requires to complete the project. This is an estimate based on the original scope of work agreed upon. Delays: The cumulative number of days the project has been delayed due to client-related issues. Delays may occur if the client does not adhere to scheduled review sessions, submits requested content later than agreed, or does not respond in a timely manner to queries or approvals necessary for project progress.

  4. Your Project Delivery Date is calculated as follows:
Project Delivery Date = Number of Working Days + Delays

  5. If there are any significant scope changes requested by the client, or additional requirements that alter the original project plan, an updated timeline will be provided in the next Snapshot Report.

  6. Any additional working days required due to scope changes or new requests will also be reflected in your weekly Snapshot Report.

  7. By continuing with the project each week after receiving the Snapshot Report, you acknowledge and accept any adjustments to the Project Delivery Date based on delays or changes as indicated in the report.

  8. Adicator should let the client know once each step is ready to review.

  9. Before approving each step of the design by the client, if there are any changes needed, the Adicator will take care of those. There is no limit to the requested changes at this stage.

  10. After approving each step of the design, if the client changes their mind and requests to change the already approved parts, that spare change will be subject to extra charges (which will be evaluated by Adicator for each case).

  11. Adicator is responsible for letting the client know of any delays, problems, or issues that would hinder the ability to complete the outline scope of work.

  12. The requested changes on an ongoing project will take 1-3 business days to complete and may delay the project’s deadline.

  13. Website design projects need constant reviews and brainstorming sessions. If the client is unavailable for these sessions, Adicator is not responsible for any delays in the project's deadline.

  14. At Adicator Digital Makreting Agency, we prioritize personalized and dedicated attention to each of our clients. To maintain the highest quality of service and ensure focused, customized solutions, we exclusively offer one-on-one consultation sessions. We do not conduct group sessions involving multiple representatives from the same business. This policy is in place because we recognize that each individual has unique tastes and preferences. We recommend discussing your needs and preferences internally within your team before sending a single representative to the session. This approach ensures that our consultations remain productive and tailored to your specific requirements.
